Breathing has always fascinated me. It’s is the gateway into our autonomic nervous system. The only thing we can choose to consciously control to make an impact on our internal state.

Breathing mechanics is also extremely important for posture, and performance. Living in an inhalation posture vs and exhalation posture, wether we are mouth breathers during our sleep, and the breathing patterns we carry out while performing physical activity. It all influences us!
