Nice article Robert, thanks for putting this important information together. I’m also curious to know the bp differences between elite athletic populations, and healthy general population. I’m sure there must be some level of variance, and what the number actually indicates based on the individual’s training level, nutrition, sleep habits, and various lifestyle stressor’s.
