These are great tips Ryan. I’ve found that by deleting social media, turning off notifications, and organizing apps into a few essential folder categories on one screen, has helped me reduce phone time drastically. Cal Newport’s ‘Digital Minimalism,’ and ‘Deep Work,’ were catalysts for this process. Thanks for the great article!
