This is really good stuff. Do you feel that Medium is increasingly becoming more of a megaphone for those with the most followers, and those who post the most - even sacrificing quality to a certain extent?

As a newish writer to Medium (I've been on and off for a couple of years) I've never been able to fully understand the best way to leverage this platform.
