Why You Should Allow More Space into Your Life
There is more space in our universe than there is matter.
Next time you:
- Get upset, angry, or frustrated
- Nervous, anxious, or excited
- Crave sweets, salts, fats, and junkfood
- Miss your loved one
- Procrastinate
- Think too much
- or anything that your find undesirable
Try adding more space to the situation.
Step back.
Observe.
Don’t think. Don’t analyze. Don’t judge.
Just let what happened allow itself into your world without resistance.
Space is good. We need it. It makes up the fabric of our existence infinitely more so than the physical, and tangible world.

- Put things into perspective. Look outside. See the ground, the horizon, the physical objects and the life. Now look up. Bring that energy within by following your breath.
